The shop space is heated & insulated with sealed concrete floors, mechanical facilities for both units, a bathroom and four large shop bays. The living space is a two bedroom/one bath, with kitchen, laundry facilities, stainless steel appliances, laundry room, bath, and stained concrete floors.
