Located in the Buttleman subdivision on the edge of city limits in Three Forks, the Bungalows were designed with affordable style in mind. To meet the growing demand for affordable homes, BBG Contractors designed, built and sold 9 of these 1,436 square foot, two story homes in 2018 and early 2019. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes featured a main floor master, walk-in-closet, mudroom and covered front porch. An optional detached garage was offered.
